Michelle brings over 35 years of international leadership experience, having worked with global companies including LEGO Group, LEGO Education, EMI Music, Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, Mondelez International, and AstraZeneca. She has led large-scale transformation, talent strategy, and all aspects of people and culture across Europe, Africa, and global markets.
In 2025, Michelle returned to her South African roots to lead JMR’s Africa practice, bringing her global insight home. She now partners with businesses to build strong, well-aligned leadership teams across HR, Operations, and other corporate functions. Known for her practical, people-first approach, Michelle brings clarity and structure to fast-moving organisations.
