With over 15 years in executive search, Christa has worked with organisations across the UK, DACH, Nordics, and Iberia - helping them secure the leadership talent required to deliver at scale. Having lived and worked internationally, she brings a nuanced understanding of diverse markets and the complex demands faced by modern service organisations.

Christa specialises in senior roles that directly influence customer experience, operations, and commercial performance. Her career includes leading major hiring projects at global recruitment firms, where she built high-performing teams within fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
